Ok ya'll(in my most southern accent hehe)I really liked this post it kept me accountable! so here goes: B-1 scrambled egg w/cheese S-cheese stick L-pinto's & cheese from taco bell S-2wheat crackers w/peanut butter D-rest of pinto's & cheese ~Missy~

B- slept late had a Profect (25 g protein) L- went to a local Mexican Restaurant and had chicken taco salad...I ate only abou 2 ounces of chicken with a little cheese and sour cream on each bite (15g) S - 3 cubes of cheddar cheese (3g) Dinner - Tried to eat meatballs ate 2 (6g) then later I ate some leftover hamburger pizza (14g) Total 53 g protein I think I'll have some chocolate milk before bed Hamburger Pizza Combine 1 pound hamburger meat, your choice of seasonings, 1 egg and press into the bottom of a baking sheet (i used a round pampered chef pan) bake at 350 for about 20 minutes...this will be your crust....I topped with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni....it's really yummy. and loaded with protein. Hey Mandy Thanks for the recipe it sounds Great!!!I so miss my pizza!!We use to have it at least once a week & the family has only had it twice since my surgery(must confess I had a couple of small pieces thin crust cut into little squares. I know Dominoes is sure missing us!!LOL. This will be a Great alternative for us all. Thanks again. ~Missy~
