Let's all do a Friday Check-in!
Hi everyone!
I feel "lost" without Megan starting her fun threads! So I thought I'd post a Friday Check-in post. Let's all check in and tell how we're doing, what we're eating, etc. Hope everyone is doing great!
Here's me....
Weight before surgery: 307.25
Current weight: 205.50
Total loss: 101.75
B: ate a protein bar
S: 2 whole wheat crackers and 1 slice Kraft singles cheese
L: I'm meeting a friend at Burger King so we can let our kids play on the equipment. Not sure yet what I'll eat!
S: not sure yet
D: making meatloaf and green beans
After my first Spin class yesterday, I got REALLY dizzy. I ate lunch and thought that would help but it didn't. My first thought was that I dehydrated from sweating so much on that bike! But I drank extra water and made sure to keep drinking all day and I got in way more than the required 64 oz. I don't know if I ended up burning too many calories while cycling and it made my body freak out, or what?! I was confused! Anyway, I feel better today but my "seat" is sure sore from that bike! Ugh!
Still freezing cold here too!
Deanna

Monia Ganz made me the Conference Coordinator when I was the first to volunteer plus as a Pateint not a Medical Staff putting it together.
It's going to be a step above our regular Conferences. Plus we may add on a Cruise out of the Port of Tampa the following week. Looking at August or September 2007.
And a Friday night "Meet & Greet" to Busch Gardens.
Oh and exercising daily at the Clearwater YMCA mainly an hour of Water Aerobics followed by 40 minutes of Lap Swimming then 15 minutes of Hot Tub and walking later on for an hour.
I'm feeling great getting compliments & inspiring others. So much unknown energies & self Confidence now. Not to speak of the Romantic Pleasuring of Lady Friends.
Hey all
I am down to 233 from 342. I discovered by delving into my doctor's records, that I have not been this weight since meeting my husband five years ago. That's unbelievable.
Since I hit -100 pounds, the losses have slowed a bit, but that's ok. It's still moving in the right direction.
I have been trying some new foods. I found mini pizzas by fresceta that are "ultra thin" crust. I got the cheese one. It is VERY filling, but has 19 grams of protein. (carbs are not important for my nutritionist so much) Makes me feel normal having a little pizza now and again.
I have also been doing better on my water.
Hope everyone else is doing well
Rachael
