Weird Day
Yesterday I had a weird day. My head just wanted to keep eating - like I used to. But thankfully, my body didn't want to. It actually wanted less than it normally does. So maybe the battle between my head and my body is being won by my body??
Oh and the day before, I crave chocolate like crazy - didn't have any mindyou, as I would have dumped terribly, but the desire was SOOOOOOO strong. My friend said I should have just gone and smelled some - get my 'fix' that way, ha ha

Ruth, Its been a bad couple of days for me too! but at least I am able to recognize it, (pms) & deal with it now!!!If I did indulge in something bad I just bumped up the exercise!!! Isn't that what everyone should do??LOL What about some kind of Chocolate protein shake??? Maybe that would have taken the edge off!!! Hope today is better for you!!~Missy~
Hi Ruth, I love chocolate too! And I have indulged. Sugar doesn't seem to make me dump. But, I wanted to let you know that Dove makes a sugar free dark chocolate truffle that is quite yummy. They come in a small bag in the candy isle. I savor it by letting each bite melt in my mouth.
Don't let your cravings make you eat everything else in the house. I've found that if I avoid what I'm craving, then I'll just keep grazing on everything else.

Ruth, I totally know what you're feeling! My head keeps telling me I want to eat but then I take a bite of something and it isn't what I wanted or I don't want to eat more of it, etc. It's so bizarre!!! It's like this huge battle between my head and my stomach!
For the chocolate cravings ... try some "no sugar added" Jello pudding cups. They only have 60 calories and they are really yummy! They totally take care of my chocolate cravings!
