Hi everyone! Well, now that the weather has changed, I'm FREEZING COLD! I mean freezing!!!!! I feel like I am chilled to the bone and I cannot get warm enough. Last night when I went to bed, I had several blankets piled on me and I felt like I still couldn't get warm enough. Anyone else chilly willy too? Deanna

EVERY DAY! I have noticed this since August. It has gotten so bad that I had to get an electric blanket for my side of the bed. I put it between two other blankets. I also had to get an electric throw blanket for the living room. My husband is extremely hot natured so I can't turn the heat on. It was just getting really bad at bed time. I sleep SO much better now that I have the blanket. I turn it on 20 minutes before bed to level 4 and then get in and turn it to Low and I am toasty all night. I have learned to bring sweatshirts or jackets with me everywhere. I guess we just don't have the fat anymore to keep us warm. I remember sweating all the time and being hot when others were cold. hehe Rachael

OH I'm so sorry as we here in Florida are basking in our shorts still but I did put on a Long Sleeve T-shirt last night. I got a chill the other day but that was only because I had a slight infection that went away as soon as I started antibiotics. So come on down to the Sunshine State, the Hurricane Season has been slow and just about over. You's that live up North are suppose to be enjoying the Cold North Winds aren't you as it means much more cuddling to keep warm or does that make you too Hot!?

Hi Deanna Yes, me too. I couldn't sleep as I was too cold. I sleep much better now I wear thick woolen bed socks, pj's, and a sweatshirt as well as having a thick blanket on top of my duvet. It used to be me the hot one, but it's the other way around now. Not very romantic, but oh well...Guess we don't have the inbuilt heating system anymore. Plus our bodies don't have the spare energy to provide heat as they are too busy using the energy to burn up fat for fuel. Keep warm... Ruth

yes, my husband and I are fighting over the thermostat. I want it at 80, he wants it at 77 and there is a big freaking difference in 3 degrees. I am wearing my flannel pj bottoms and a polar fleece sweatshirt because I was freezing last night. I really miss my thermal insulation (fat) losing 100 lbs is like going from R13 down to R5 BRRRRRrrrrrr

Guess we're all gonna have to get rid of the passion killer PJ's & bed socks and snuggle up to something hot... Ruth

I'm freezing all the time now and I used to be so hot natured. I'm constantly fighting with my fiance' about the heat/ac. If the temp is under 74, I'm under a down blanket. He's hot natured and it's driving him nuts...meanwhile, I'm shivering and blowing warm air into my hands. I guess this is normal for post ops...do we ever adjust? *hugsnluv* Phyllis
