check this out I was 177 this morning and 179 this afternoon I was 181 yesterday morning and 185 last night does this tell you something? the scales are just messing with our heads, they are all possessed! it is a freaking conspiracy!

I agree Kat, the scales are and it makes me mad at myself for to them. How can a piece of machinery control my moods and emotions? huh I think I've done a with them without me knowing it. Gotta tear that thing up right now. Ruth

I am telling you it is a conspiracy. they can not change that much just by going pee or eating 3 oz of cottage cheese. btw what the hell am I doing up at 4:15 am I did not have any chocolate or caffiene!~
