Somethings Wrong?!
Hey Megan congratulation on the weight lost. With this surgery I still did not know you could lost 13 lbs in 3 days...Maybe you should weigh on a different scale and see if the result are the same. If so, and you feel good be happy for he weight lost. If you began to feel sick then you should go to the doctor asap........
Hey Megan
That drop does sound severe to me. Can you contact your nut about it? How do you feel - well or sick?
Much as I envy you the weight loss, I too would be a little worried about it, and am worried for you.
Get medical advice, just in case. Its' better to get it checked out. In the early days it wouldn't mean so much, but now, at your level of weight, that's a high % to loose.
Let us know what happens
Ruth
(PS do you think it could be stress related?)
Hi Megan!
Well, I wish I could lose that much that fast! Ha, ha! Although, I would probably be worried too!
Just a thought ... maybe it's because you aren't exercising as much which means you are intaking more calories? Because a lot of people say they lose more weight if they bump up their calorie consumption a little bit. Since you aren't exercising as much as you normally do, your caloric intake overall is higher. Make sense??? Anyway, I don't know if this is why but it's an idea!
Let us know what you find out if you talk to your doctor!

put the damn scale away. LOL your body is doing what it is supposed to do.
your brain is doing all the worrying.
relax, drink your drinks, do your thing, enjoy the process instead of stressing over the slips and slides. ;)
