What did you eat today???
Where is everyone today? The board is slow! Hope no one minds that I started this thread. I've been having "the munchies" lately so I think it will help me to put into writing what I've eaten. Today has been a tough day because I have this enormous urge to eat. So I've tried really hard to refrain from grazing but I feel crazy from thinking about food all day long!
B: 1 ounce cheese and 1 slice whole wheat toast
L: Pure Protein bar
S: graham cracker with 1 tbsp peanut butter
D: planning on making hamburger patties with green beans
S: if I go to the gym, I will have a "no sugar added" pudding cup

Hey Deanna I didn't have time to get on the computer yesterday so here goes!
I got up yesterday morning and had gained a pound this is the first time that had happened. But Megans post the other day about gaining & water retention & such helped calm me down & I realized-I was slipping back into bad habits! Reasoning out why its okay to eat something that is not on my protocol. So I really stuck to it yesterday:
B-1/2 pkg of weight control oatmeal w/splenda
S-cheesestick
L-Piece of fish & some grapes & cantelopes
D-2 whole wheat crackers with peanut butter
Got up this morning & was back down 2lbs!!We discussed weight gain at my support group meeting Thursday nite-several people that were 2-4 yrs out were having gaining issues, drinking with eating etc.... It sure keeps things in perspective that this is work! ~Missy~
