s- Ham and cheese
L- heathy choice herb chicken I only at the protein and one bite of the potatoe
s-protien crisp and nuts
s-protien drink
D-Some kind of protien I think I want some chicken
No snack to night becasue I will be having a late dinner i have choir rehersal tonight.
Water and liquids i think I have had around 56.8 oz so far the day isn't over yet.
B: protein bar
S: a mini chocolate donette ... my husband bought them and I made him take them to work but I snuck one and ate it. Ugh!
L: scrambled egg with bacon bits and cheese on half a slice of whole wheat toast
S: "no sugar added" icecream bar. I should NEVER have bought these so the rest are going in the garbage. Why do I cave into these urges? Ugh!
D: I made a new Vegetable Beef Soup recipe in the crockpot ... gonna give that a try!
Bad eating day, bad! I need to give up snacking ... or keep the bad foods out of the house and not buy them anymore!
On a brighter note, I worked out for almost 2 hours at the gym today! Woo hoo!
Tomorrow is a new day ... gonna eat better!

B - 8 oz milk
L - Left over taco salad (2.5 oz of meat, 2 oz cheese, with a tbsp of sour cream and a little lettuce)
S - boiled peanuts (ugh! PMS go away and take these bad cravings with you!) about 15 -20 of them i guess
D - 2 oz ribeye steak and 3 french fries (i know they are bad!!!)
S - probably gonna have some cheese while I watch Grey's Anatomy!!!!!
