there is no way that you can gain 1-2 lbs of muscle in an hour workout
I am sorry, but that must be some pharmacuetical grade stuff that you are getting from your dealer.
it takes ages and ages and ages like a couple of years of lifting weights, drinking protein shakes to build up muscles.
what your probably getting is all the extra fluid you are consuming during the workout.
HALT, PUT YOUR HANDS ABOVE YOUR HEAD AND STEP AWAY FROM THE SCALE!!!!!
We have got to stop being so manic about our weight . . . . at least I know I have been, just in a different way ( I wrote about it in my profile if you care to read - too much to go into on the board) But we have the tool and if we work it . . . . we will lose weight and there is no way that bad scale can STOP us.
Anyway, muscle does weigh more than fat but muscle also BURNS more fat - so as we gain more muscle we naturally LOSE MORE FAT!!! GOOD DEAL huh?
So I guess that eliminates the theory of the good sneaking in at night and the fat away, either, huh?
