What are your energy levels like?
mine are getting better, I am sleeping more at night ****il tonight) bad shot of caffiene at 4 pm, threw me for a loop.
and I am drinking my B12 that is helping me. I find that less stress and keeping my serotonin level by not increasing my caffeine / sugar intake are in balance.

I am feeling the same way, Megan. Go figure, right!! WLS Twin.
I am up to about 4 cups of coffee a day and I can't shake this tired feeling. Last week I thought I might be pregnant since I am so tired!! Thank God I'm not!! I have been working out more and I thought that would give me more energy, but it's zapping the energy out of me. My sleep apnea's gone, so that helps, but still, I am exhausted all the time. Hopefully this will end soon!
I get up for work at 4:30am to work by 5:30am, i'm groggy for a lil' while,
then around 10am i'm super tired again! i get off work at 1pm come home shower change cloths and go to my other job, usually from 4-5pm to 8pm or close at 2am.
either time, i get home and go straight to bed, and i'm usually sound asleep within' minutes of hitting my pillow!!!
I usually feel so wore out at the end of my day, i don't do anything anymore... i used to go for a walk in the evenings, i'm so tired i don't do it anymore.
I've noticed though a difference with the foods i eat though too.
just finally got my hip and leg to quit hurting so bad (psyatic nerve (SP))
it was pinched, just went through 6 weeks of adjustments to feel better there!
now i'm dealing with hemrroids! ACKKK!! HURT omg!!!
too much diareaha....

Megan, I have noticed that I rest on the weekends(take it easy-go to flea markets etc) I feel great the first part of the week!!!All gun ho to work out and as the week goes by I get slower & slower come Thursday or Friday I come in from work all I want to do is go to bed.So I think I need to pace myself a little better!!I usually work out during the week so I am gonna move a couple workouts to the weekend and do a little less during the week maybe this will help! I thought I was doing so good with no caffine!!Ive been drinking decaf coffee!! But I had found that I could get more fluids in if I walked at lunch to the local Steak Out(Delivery steak place here)And get me a large(32oz unsweet Tea)Never occurred to me to ask if it was decaf!!Guess what Its not!!No wonder I was wanting one every day!!So I have cut back to 1-2 times a week.Instead of every day-but now I am back to struggling with getting my fluids in!!
It sure it alot of work!!!
