My new guilty pleasure is a Coffee Light Frappucino from Starbucks. They only have 110 calories and have 5 grams of protein. (Did that sound convincing?) Anyway, my other guilty pleasure is an occasional Diet Pepsi (my doc allows them after 3 months). Yet another great question! Jami

cookies!!!! they are little they are portable and I can eat them when I am moving and no one can catch me. they are homemade so no wrappers, they do not require dishes, so no evidence. ;) I am such a bad bad bad bad kitty kat Kat [Photographer & Mom of 5] [[ Some people are like slinkies, they don't really have a purpose, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.]] 275/247/181/150 start/surgery/today/goal

Baked Cheetos. After I eat (less than a handful) them, I feel so quilty. I did try a candy corn the other day, and that was not a good experience. I think my stomach is having some personal issues right now though. Danice

According to my Dr.'s food plan I'm to have NO carbs (other than from milk and fruit, etc)...so i'd have to say.................. Reduced fat ritz crackers w/ peanut butter (2 crackers & 1/2 tablespoon) Boiled Peanuts (my dad's a farmer and has peanuts in his crop this year so my mom and sister boiled some a couple of week's ago then froze them.) I've had these 3 times since Thursday. BUT they go down sooooo well. Other than that I still have little craving for food (some say I'm lucky but most of the time I feel guilty because I don't think I'm getting ENOUGH in). Mandy

I am not really a snacker so my guilty pleasure is a bit different. I like cheese. Now, it's not so bad. But if I am lazy that day I will eat cheese for a whole meal. Not so good because it has a lot of fat. But, I guess it could be worse

Dang, my guilt is a lot worse than all of yours. My guilty pleasure is Tiramisu from the Olive Garden. They just opened an Olive Garden less than 2 miles away. Bad news for my butt!! Darlene

My Guilty Pleasure is so bad!!!We are a racing family although in years past I would only go once or twice in the season!!I just didn't want to be seen out!!Now that I am losing & feel better about myself I have been going At least two or three times a month!!And lord I forgot they have the best cheesy french fries(granted Use to I would have had 2 orders & now I can only eat 4-5 fries)ever!!!French Fries & Pizza were my friends before wls. Now I have to admit to having thin crust pizza twice since surgery.I reason that this is okay cause before surgery we ate pizza once a week!!So I can grin & say my family is also eating better these days. Also I enjoy a handful of nuts for a snack almost every day!! and I have convinced myself I cannot eat cheese or tuna w/o a couple of crackers(usually 2 whole wheat). Can you tell that before surgery I always reasoned out what made these things okay!!I have got to stop that or old habits will be back!!! ~Missywaitingforracingseasontoend~
