Guilty Pleasure?!
Oh, this should be interesting!!!
I have two guilty pleasures that I indulge in on some of the days that I go to the gym. I either have a "no sugar added" Skinny Cow icecream sandwich or a "no sugar added" pudding cup with a graham cracker as a dipping stick. Ugh, did I just admit that???
I hope I'm not the only one!!!

Since I've had such horrible ing issues with meat, I haven't tried anything that has sugar in it because I felt like I didn't need another problem (dumping) added to that.
What I've been doing almost daily (each afternoon when I drive by on my way home)...
SF skinny Yahooz favored coffee, my fav is double white chocolate and it is delicious not to mention the caffeine kick!
Also, during the football game on Saturday I had some popcorn. I started out with the reduced fat and it was so dry and tasteless, I melted a little butter and dribbled over it. Then because I felt guilty I finished it off with the "I can't believe it's not butter" spray.
Also...peanuts, but I think those are OK in MODERATION!!
I just discovered Skinny Cow "no sugar added" treats...I am afraid....very afraid. Also, lately chips & salsa has been my guilty pleasure.
Another question: Do you find yourself eating more on days you don't work or have a set schedule? I was home today and found myself wanting to munch all day. I did good but it was a struggle. I don't have ANY problems the days I am working though. Old habits, I guess.
I dont know if I would call mine a guilty pleasure....but bbq pork rinds are my thing......but did you know that there are no carbs in them and they are full of protein?
So I guess its not such a guilty pleasure after all.

1 oz which is quite a few has 16.5 grams of protein and only 153 calories...I usually eat a 1/2 oz and so that is 8.25 grams of protein and 76 calories.
