I bought a rowing machine in a charity (thrift for non profit) store at the weekend so have been rowing my a*****s off! ha ha Anyway, to day: Got up early (yes I'm sticking to it) and went out for a fast 2 mile walk 20 pushups 50 sit ups and now I'm going to row - probably only make it for 5 minutes max. Hoping to increase the amount of time each day and work upto 30 minutes or more!! Ruth

I made it to the gym after work~~30 minutes elliptical~ I tried a different program today, my body was gettng used to my same workout I also done lower body and abs workout.

I have exercised (walk, jog & run combo + squats & lunges) 2 days in a row & I have plans to do it again tonight. Not a big deal for most people, but it is for me. Shucks, you reminded me that I need to work on my abs! Dar

sure I did, I moved out of the bed to the toilet I moved out of the toilet to the kitchen for breakfast I moved out of the kitchen to the office I moved out of the office to the living room for lunch I moved out of the living room to the office I moved out of the office to the kitchen for dinner I moved out of the kitchen back to the office to check in here I moved all day long! I did my normal Monday workout. 25-30 minutes on the elliptical followed by about an hour on the Cybex weight machines (heavy weight, 10-12 reps, 2 sets). Along with the record heat we are getting I was dripping wet when I got done. Now if only I could get in this kind of workout the rest of the week. Hawkeye Mike

HI Ruth Yep, I went to Curves & did my 30 min workout-strenghtening & cardio. Tomorrow I will walk I am up to 4 1/2 miles when I walk.I usually rotate these.I really need to think about something extra for my abs. ~Missy~
