5 months ago today!

Five months ago today I was in surgery... Five months ago today I weighed 74 more lbs that I do today. But a few months before surgery I weighed 26 more lbs. 74 + 26 = 100!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES! I've lost 100 lbs! Today I need to go out and find something that weighs 100 lbs and have my photo taken with it. I'd like to find something that weighs 100 lbs and carry it around for awhile, and then be able to PUT IT DOWN and WALK AWAY from it! Anyway, perhaps you can tell I'm a bit pumped up today! In five months I've gone from a 3 or 4X shirt to an XL, 54 pants to a 42 that's a little loose, and even my shoes are feeling too big. Thanks for listening!

Joe, You are doing a great job keep up the good work. Boy do I know about eating to fast or to much I have paid the price a few times myself. I didn't eve realize that it been almost 5 months for me until I read your post. I kept telling myself no its only be 4 months not 5. Oh well keep up the good. work. Lorraine

Joe, that is so exciting! 100 pounds gone forever & all the baggage that went along with it. That is wonderful that you have come so far. Don't your bones feel better without all that weight holding 'em down? Hugs, Darlene
