Today's eddition of what have you eaten?
After the weekend I had... I need to get WAY back on track today. I PIGGED out. Shockingly I lost weight - but I have no idea how. LOL
B - 10g protien shake (i'm cutting these in 1/2 now that I can eat much of my protien I don't need the extra calories)
S - Low Fat String Cheese
L - Deli Meat and melted cheese
S - Apple
D - ?! Not sure yet
B - 1 portion sachet of oatmeal
L - 2 x frankfurters - dumped after them - didn't enjoy them at all
D - Pork & beans - I used to love these but my taste has changed so much I found these a bit tasteless!
Not a good day eating really. Now I dont' eat much I like to enjoy the calories I do have otherwise I feel like I'm wasting them

Today has been a horribly busy day for me and I've not handled it well...
No coffee (or protein)this a.m. because had to be at PCP for labwork
B - 1/2 protein bar (10g protein)
L- 2 of those orange peanut butter crackers (horrible choice!!)
1 small handful of peanuts
D - Leftover potroast with veggies
Last night could not handle the roast...it came back up. I've watered down the gravy and will probably just eat the broth and some of the veggies.
