What have you eaten today? Weekend Edition 9/31 and 10/1
I've had a good wekend so can post unguiltily
Sat:
B - slept late - didn't get up in time!
L - 1 egg 2 slices bacon 1 cheese string
D - spaghetti bolognaise -small bowl yummy & only had v small amount of pasta.
I'm not snacking any more after reading a post by Rachael saying her nut says not to as once you have one snack it is easier to have too many. That was totally me and I'd end up grazing all day, so thought I'd try it. Its' working. I find I'm less hungry and actually have less room to eat so eat less at regular meals - I win all round.
Saturday
2 cups of coffee with IDS vanilla cinnamon protein (42 g protein)
B - 2 slices of bacon
1/2 slice of tomato
1 SF piece of toast with edges cut off (ended up about 2.5X2.5) cut in half and made bacon and tomato sandwich and light miracle whip
L- 1 handful of peanuts
2 handfuls of reduced fat popcorn
D - 2 inch piece of german sausage
1/8 c. of cabbage
1/8 c. of mashed potatoes with cheese
S - LF, SS fudgesicle
Made some bad choices today...today was one of the first days I did not have eating issues, so I got kinda out of control!!
Sunday
Coffee with IDS protein powder
B - Weight control oatmeal or Special K with FF half and half
1/4 banana
L - Probably cottage cheese
D - Pot roast with carrots, onions, and potatoes
Ok I stuck to the plan for yesterday, so far today I fell off a little because I slept in alot!!!

1/2 sara lee healthy hamburger bun toasted with peanut butter and sugar free jelly~it was sooooooooo good, I really miss bread!! ~at least it has 7 grams of protein
The jelly was some of the free samples from Susan Maria's~ ordered the power crunch bars~~I'm not impressed at all!!!.
1 boiled egg
Dinner~black eyed peas~oxtails(cooking now)
snack later~protein shake
