After Darlene's suggestion, I'm posting this mainly to keep myself in check, but thought others might like to join in too. Today I: walked 2 miles 60 sit ups 20 push-ups I also got around to buying 2 workout videos so will try them out tomorrow (from thrift stores so I can change them regularly as I get bored very quickly ) Ruth

Hi Ruth, Yes I have got back in gear. I made it to the gym for about an hour after work today. 25 minutes elliptical, abdominal training, and lower body training, I was able to make it yesterday and Wednesday too. I'm trng for a 4th day ina row

Went to the gym as usual today, but something happened that hasn't happened to me since July. I lost 4 pounds in one day! I weighed in at 228 this morning, then I weighed myself just now because I actually feel lighter and it turns out I weigh 224 now!

Yeah Jorgie!!! Funny - same thing happend to me this morning. Yesterday I weighed 195 and this morning I weighed 191!!!!! YEAH US!

Great post Ruth!! Yesterday was my day off. I'd been to the gym thet past 6 days in a row and I'm headed back this morning after I get off here!!

I pedaled .75 miles today. I was pretty freaking busy in the kitchen today, 1 cake, 4 dozen p'butter cookies, 4 dozen snicker doodle cookies, 2 dozen oatmeal raisin bars. I swear I baked for 12 hours.
