It's now 1pm and I've just got back on the scales and have gone down 1lb! I'll take what I can get, but how weird is that. I thought you were supposed to be lighter in the morning Oh well, at least it's gone down Ruth

I always weigh in the morning...stark naked. The first time my husband noticed (the scales are in his bathroom), he was a little shocked when he saw me marching into his bathroom without a stitch on. I explaned that I always weigh in the morning (before drinking anything and immediately after going to the bathroom). One day I decided to weigh midday and had gained about 2 lbs., so obviously I don't do that anymore!! I'm with Kat, a pound gone is a pound gone...go for it!!!

Hi Ruth! I read your other post. Hang in there and congrats on the pound. I just wanted to let you know that I have found I weigh the lightest between 1 and 2 p.m. (during my plan time at school). Mornings and late evening are almost always a little heavier for me. Mandy

Ruth, That's only 2 more pounds away from 50! Woo hoo! I'll have to admit that my exercise has not been very consistent. Do you want to be exercise accountability partners & see if we can stop these stalls? Darlene

That's a good idea. Thanks. I think I'll start a daily post on what exercise have you done today to go along with the what have you eaten posts. I know Megan used to post this, it should help me if I join in with it this time. And I hadn't looked at it as only being 2lbs away from 50. That sounds so much better than 40something for some strange reason doesn't it. That makes me think I'm almost half way there...hopefully it will be downhill all the way Ruth

Yeah I try to weigh early in the morning, even after you exercise you'll notice a couple of pounds extra. A pound is a pound, I'll take it..
