My day was a little different because I caled in to work, I eat different when I'm not at work, sometimes better, sometimes worst
So far~
B~south beach cold cereal
S~south beach bar
L~bed of lettuce, tomatoes, feta cheese w/ tuna and low cal Italian, late lunch eating now.
S~protein shake
D~cabbage/corned beef brisket (in crock pot now)
I may have a yogurt later or mandarin oranges!!
I went to the gym yesterday and today
B-Iced latte, piece of grilled chicken
S-Water
L-Deli turkey and cheese and 4 wheat Ritz crackers
S-Trail mix
D- 3 small Lamb ribs, a few forks of saffron risotto, some crisp crackers and hummus (went to dinner with fiancee' to ONE.midtown kitchen - it was yummy. I was sorry I got so full so fast...will eat leftovers for dinner Friday, I guess)
S-Water, vitamins (too full from dinner)
B - 1 Micellar Milk (Chocolate, 40 g protein)
L - Weight Control Oatmeal (about 1/4 of package) My time-line was really screwed up this morning since I didn't have my a.m. coffee
FF half and half
S - handful of peanuts--why can I eat peanuts, but not chicken or steak???
S - Yahooz SF skinny double white chocolate coffee
D - about 1/3 taco salad (cheese/finely ground meat and beans, no lettuce or tomatoes)
