Daily Vitamin Check???
Let's start something new. Anyone is welcome to do this if I forget. Have you taken your vitamins today? I forgot yesterday & I feel sluggish today. I usually put all my vitamins in a small ziploc baggie the night before & throw them in my purse. It's easier to remember that way.
I usually take:
2 chewable centrum multivitamins (one am & one pm0
2 calcium citrate pills (I used to do the Citracal chews, but they have 40 cals)
1 Biotin (for hair)
1 zinc (for hair)
B complex (1 or 2 per day)
B12 ( every couple of days
Iron ( every couple of days)
How about you? Did you take yuor vitamins today?
This is my daily routine. I'm known to forget though but this is what I'm "supposed" to take:
* wake up: calcium
* mid-morning: children's chewable vitamin and an iron pill
* lunch: calcium
* mid-afternoon: iron pill and a super-mega B pill
* dinner: children's chewable vitamin
* bedtime: calcium
I'm on track so far today. Whew!

I'm not sure but I read where they recommend 5000 mcg a day, I couldnt find them so I do 3-5 a day, they're real small,the maxi life hair ones are HUGE!!! I just want to minimize hair loss as much as possible. I had labs drawn last week and I havent heard anythng as of yet So I guess I'm on the right track My hair isnt shedding since I took out my braids, not yet anyway.

I am supposed to take four multi completes, and I usually remember the morning, but rarely the afternoon, I wonder if I just take all four together if it will do the same thing?
I really really really really need to take my zip fizz, probably why I am so sluggish this week and ready to QUIT this diet plan. ;)
