B- slept late due to meds
S- 1.5 oz of 2%cheddar cheese....1 tablespoon peanut butter with 2 reduced fat ritz crackers 10 g
L- Will be left over salmon and scallops (grilled) from Japanese steakhouse with some zucchini (16g)
D - Plan to cook some chicken with Ragu Alfredo Sauce (14 g)
S - milk w/ sf choc syrup (8g)
48 grams of protein still not back to 60 but getting close

B: Pure Protein bar ... I am way beyond sick of these!
L: 1.5 ounces of tuna mixed with 1/2 tbsp mayo on one slice of whole wheat toast
S: nothing yet--nothing sounds particularly good
D: planning on trying to eat part of a pork chop ... wish me luck!
S (after gym): I usually have a "no sugar added" chocolate pudding cup after the gym
I keep feeling like I'm eating a lot but then I look back at my day and it's really not that much. Especially compared to before surgery! I'm at home all day as a stay at home Mom and I have really been getting those urges to graze all day. Bad, bad, bad!!! I need to figure out something to do to keep my mind off food! Even though nothing sounds good, I still have that desire in my head to eat something. Ugh!
