B - 20g protien shake (GNC 100% Whey Protien) S - Low Fat String Cheese L - Lean Roast Beef deli meat with melted low fat swiss cheese S - will be soy quacker rice crisps D - chicken breast Working on 60oz water thus far.

B-30g protein coffee shake S-cheese stick-2 whole wheat crackers L-Chili S-handful of peanuts D-1/2 cheese omlette 1 8oz cup of 1%milk 32oz water(I really need to work on this!!!) ~Missy~

Day late I know I know... B- none pain meds had me knocked out S- 1 oz cheddar cheese (2%) 7 g L- 1 1/2 chicken fries from Burger King approx 8g Dinner - 2 oz of salmon and 1 oz of scallops with a little zucchini (local Japanese steakhoue) 16 g S - graham cracker square w/2 tsp peanut butter - 3 g 34 g protein ---not great but much better than this weekend Water about 25 -30 oz ---again not great but better... I'll be back to normal before long! Congrats Racheal!
