ITS MY TURN
Ok, Everyone has had a stall/plateau and now its my turn. No, I'm not crying yet but as much as I told myself I would not focus on it, I cant help but think about it. I know its been at least 2 weeks.
It has also been that long since I been to the gym, I'm going today because I'm off work and I'm trying to re~commit to going 1 hour after work but SOMETHING always comes up. My schedule or the kids schedule, activities, homework, projects etc.
I'm thinking of trying the plateau buster diet, but then I'm dealing with all the stress from work, I guess this is just a bad month for me. I have been trying everything in my power to not graze like ELSIE the cow. MOOOOOOOOO~MOOOOOOO. Ok Enough of my whining I just felt an overwhelming need to share

Hey Simone... I totally understand how you feel. Simply put, stalls totally suck donkey b@lls! I am just coming off of one that I was on for a whole month. I upped my protein last week and finally lost 2 lbs. Nothing since then, but I am pretty sure the inches are melting away. Hang in there, try adding another protein shake to your day and see if that helps. By the way... I have been buying really expensive Low Carb Isopure from GNC and frankly it was disgusting , I found a low carb protein shake for $12 for a 2lb can at Walmart... man was I kicking myself, I can't believe I was spending so much!. Blend the vanilla with some banana and frozen berries... yummy, its actually really tasty and super filling!
