B - 20g Protien Shake (GNC Whey Protien) S - Low Fat String Cheese L - Roast Beef and Swiss S - Soy Quaker Rice Crisps D - 1/4 small Wendy's Chili S - 100 calorie pack - and it came right back up I had 120oz water today.
