Chopped my hair...EEK!

So I got a wild hair up my ass this morning and went out and had my hair - CHOPPED. Pics in my profile. Not sure what I think of it. I've had a lot of random comments. Some day they like - others say it makes me look OLDER - others have said "Don't worry, it will grow back". UGH... what is YOUR HONEST OPINION?! I also had it chopped because it was falling out - of course I have so much it dosen't matter.

I think it looks great. I had long hair for years and one day just cut cut cut. It was so awesome I kept it that way for years. I am just now getting it past my ears. Consider it apart of the new you!!! Rachael

yep, I did this last week as well. WHACKED it OFF. less going down the drain. everyone has told me that I look younger. personally your hair looks darling. you just need to SMILE!!! smile for the camera. wanna come over this week and let me take your photo, I bet I can get you to smile!

Hey Megan! I also had my hair cut and very layered this week (to fluff up the thinning) and have not had the courage to take a pic of it. I am so used to hiding behind all my hair that my face being so out in public is scary. I think we have a misconception about having long hair makes us appear thinner when in reality it doesn't. Anyway....you look wonderful, young, thin and healthy. Smile !!!----Suzette

Megan, I think the short cut looks really cute. It does not make you look older at all!! If it weren't for my wedding in a few weeks, and the fact that my partner would probably have a fit if I cut my hair - she likes it long - I'd probably get a short cut now too. I agree - much less going down the drain. My hair is continuing to thin, thank goodness I also have so much. But next year I may get her used to the idea of a short cut, because before summer next year I think I'm probably going shorter as well. You look great!!! -Alisa

Hey Megan I think your hair looks really cute!! & makes you look younger!!!Keep this up & you will definetly have to get your Drivers license updated or you may not be able to get into the clubs!!!LOL I agree with Katherine though You need to !! I too have been thinking about going with some shorter layers to help my thinning hair.I think anytime we make a huge change with our hair(perms Etc...)we have to give it two weeks to get use to it!!!Give it some time & you will love it too!!
