Very yummy meal idea ...

Hi everyone! I just made the best lunch ever! I found these low carb whole wheat fajita size tortillas that have 3 grams of protein in them. So what I did was lay one on a cookie sheet and then I spread just a tiny smidge of creamy garlic sauce (found by the spaghetti sauce) on the tortilla. Then I topped it with some grilled chicken pieces, some shredded mozarella cheese, and some real bacon crumbled pieces (found by the bacon bits). Then I baked it in the oven and YUM! Oh my go**** tastes wonderful! I only ate half of it before I was full so next time I will just make half a one. But it tasted kind of like a garlic pizza. It was very good! Just thought I'd pass along a good idea! Deanna

Sounds delicious!! I can't wait to try it, if I can EVER tolerate meats!!

Well, I think it backfired on me ... I ended up throwing it all back up! I don't tolerate meats very well either, obviously! I just thought I had pushed past that on this particular meal but I guess not! Oh well, so much for trying new things! Deanna

Deanna this sounds delicious!! I've been using the low carb tortilla's to make homemade pizza for myself. This is a much better idea. Sorry it made you sick, though.
