B - oatmeal
S - cheese string (getting fed up with these - need to find something else to snack on)
L - cup-a-soup/crackers
D - left over green thai chicken curry - yum - delicious. I used to be able to eat a whole portion and a portion of thai sticky rice. Now I can only manage less than a 1/4 of a portion of curry and no rice. Great.
