It's FRIDAY!! WOOOOHOOOO and I took the day off - even better. Hope I eat well. I tried a new protien shake for breakfast from the gym. It's called PurePro Cookies and Cream. It was 35g protien and 3carbs. NASTY almost made me puke to get down!

Good Morning, I took the day off too!! On my way to my 3 month visit. So far ~ south beach protein bar light n fit yougurt smoothie L~shaved deli turkey and string cheese D~ PINTO BEANS, baked chicken, cornbread~thanks to gail!! S~designer whey protein shake

Hope you enjoyed your day off B - oatmeal S - cheese string (getting fed up with these - need to find something else to snack on) L - cup-a-soup/crackers D - left over green thai chicken curry - yum - delicious. I used to be able to eat a whole portion and a portion of thai sticky rice. Now I can only manage less than a 1/4 of a portion of curry and no rice. Great.

B - coffee with IDS Multi-Pro Whey Isolate Protein-Cappuccino (2 cups of coffee with 2 scoops = 46g protein) L - handfull of peanuts (really bad choice!!) S - Yahooz SF skinny coffee D - beans/cornbread/cheese - today it came back up ...go figure!!!
