Has anyone else GAINED weight? I was down to 196 on Friday and today I'm up to 198.5. I know that I shouldn't complain - it's my own fault. I've chosen poor food choices over the past few days and had a lot of red wine... I thought it was impossible to GAIN. It's not...

After having a BIG weekend, I gained for the first time. I gained 4 pounds and went up to 139 by Monday. But now I'm back down to 133. I lost it quickly and then an extra couple pounds as well. I admit, I was pretty worried when I discovered I gained 4 pounds in one weekend, but was elated when I found out this morning that I lost 6 pounds in two days.

lol, I don't know where the 139/133 came from, obviously 239/233

Yup This happened to me this weekend too. I weigh every day and went up a couple of pounds, but just ignored it, telling the scales that they are only my friend when they give me good news I went back down after a few days. Now to get below what I was... Seriously, though, I think any 'normal' persons weight fluctuates by a few pounds, so as long as the curve is downward I think it's OK. Let's just not let it creep up on us.

water gain is normal. fluid retention when you are dehydrated happens. hide the scales. ;)

I UNDERSTAND your issues, I can even relate, I just do not want to catch them, like a virus... giggle you got scale-cooties! just hide the scales... take a break from the stress of it all.
