B: Pure Protein Bar like always L: 3 oz. pork loin, 1 cube of canteloupe, 1 slice of cucumber D:......sigh.......I should just go with a protein shake. I don't even know what I am making for my husband yet. I didn't take anything out...ooops.

Hi everyone!! B - chesse stick L - leftover shrimp stir fry S - another cheese stick D - 1/2 small salad with chicken and egg in it and some tortilla chips and salsa As you can see, I love cheese!!

Ok here goes: B-Protein coffee shake-30gm S-Cheese stick L-Small side salad w/chicken cheese & boiled egg-creamy french dressing S-Handful of peanuts D-Homemade chili & some cantalope(sp?) I think I did ok today except for the dressing!!But I am so picky about my salad dressing!It's the only one I will eat! ~Missy~
