No regrets whatsoever. I am so glad I had WLS and even though I think it would have been wonderful to have lost this weight sooner if I'd had WLS sooner, this is the right time for me. I am in the right place emotionally to deal with the loss of food as a 'friend' and all that comes with being thinner. I'm really enjoying this journey and have made some great friends on this board

No regrets! I feel good. I went through a rough patch because I used to be an emotional eater & my crutch was taken away. Now I am just more vocal about my feelings instead of stuffing everything in. My poor family! Ha ha.... Darlene

even with my head in the toilet yesterday from a bad experience at a mexican resturant, still no regrets. I am still learning my limitations, but they are helping me daily to make good choices. I do not mind the speed of the loss, it is also helping me daily to make good choices.

No regrets here. Except also wishing I had done it sooner. I spent way toooooo many years being overweight and unhappy with myself.
