How much excercise?!
Yes, I am excercising, Ideally, I workout 2-3x a week.
If I miss a day (like today) I make it up the next day. But I try to stay on my schedule.
Right now, I am doing a lot of strength training and some cardio - like dancing or low impact aerobics. I lift light weights (5lbs) and yes I do enjoy it, but I love the result more.
I feel like I am real good about working out.
I like working up a good sweat - but it is rough on my hair - need to get a solution for that though. I'll take any suggestion that anyone might have.

I exercise every day with Leslie Sansone DVD's. I have about 15 of them and do a different one each day. I try to do at least a 4 mile in the morning before work and alternate with kickboxing or weights later in the day. Can't say I "enjoy" it but I feel good and energized when I am done .--Suzette--
Yes. I joined a local gym.
Ideally I go 5 times a week MWF are cardio days 45 -60 minutes on the treadmill
and T and TH are strength training.
However, lately with being soooo busy I'm only making it to the gym 2-3 times a week for the cardio. BUT this is so much better than I was preop.

I workout 3x a week. I was working out 4-5 times a week by doing 50 min power walk, and then warm down with arm weights, but now I signed up at the Curves to have somewhere to go when the weather turns. I work hard during the two cycles around the circuit, I am definitely sweating when I am through, but I don't know if this is a good or beneficial workout. I really want to believe that I made a difference or burned up something after I'm done. I don't know if this is enough, or if I need to be supplementing my workout.
I power walk with my 2 girlfriends between 3 to 6 miles per day (depending if we do one loop or 2, lost of challenging hills too) usually about 3-5 times per week depending on our schedules. I bought a couple 5 pound hand weights to add a little upper body too. It just goes by so much faster with friends.
In my basement I have a home gym with treadmill, elliptical, recumbant bike, rowing machine, and weights, but I am waiting for the colder weather before I get down there on a regular schedule.
I used to be an exercise addict a couple of years ago doing 2-3 hours per day every day, but I got burnt out a little. Of course, back then I was taking ephedra- that sure helped with energy. And boy was my house clean!!!
