It doesn't sound like you are eating too bad today!!(not sure about the sushi-I wouldn't go there I'm too picky). But my hubby carried me to eat steak on my B-day in June & it was great-we went to Longhorn I had some of his steak & a couple spoons of the spinach artichoke dip w/o chips & a spoon of sweet potato w/o sugar&cinnamon.You have to live a little...It's all about moderation now! Ok for me today... B-1 pkg weight control cinnamon oatmeal(took me an hour to eat) L-chicken salad w/grapes & pecans spinach dip w/2 crackers S-peach & cheese stick D-probably more chicken salad Have a GREAT DAY! ~Missy~

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MEGAN!!! Today's your special day, so you deserve to splurge a little and say to that WLS daily diet. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse sounds yummy. Enjoy your dinner, and tell us how it went. I admit I have been horrible today about eating and drinking - or should I say not eating and not drinking. It has been crazy at work, and I've not gotten in much of food or liquids. B-Grande Starbucks Latte with nonfat milk and sf vanilla syrup S-nothing L-Lean Cuisine chicken (ate just a few forks of the pasta, mostly just the meat) S-nothing D-??? My son has baseball tryouts from 7-9 p.m. (YUCK), so don't know what I'll do S-probably will have to drink a protein shake Liquids - so far I've probably only gotten in about 20 ozs.....

Happy Birthday Megan! Am I the only person who's never heard of Ruth Chris?? Boy the things I miss by living in SE Georgia lol. B - 8 ox 2% milk S - 1 oz 2%cheddar cheese L - 2 oz chicken and cheese (left over mexican) S - ?? D - ??? Not a good day for me ....just not wanting to eat anything!!! Mandy

First things first - Happy Birthday Meg!!!! Ok, here's what I've eaten today. B - egg and cheese sandwhich S - cheese stick L - brocolli cheese soup with chicken S - small bag of BBQ chips D - shrimp stir fry I get the most insane cravings for salty foods!! (hence the chips!)
