What have you eaten today? 9/19
Early breakfast: 1 slice of leftover "deLite" pizza from Papa Murphys. Yum!
Snack: 3/4 of a Pure Protein bar
Lunch: 1.5 oz. of tuna mixed with mayo and relish on half of a toasted whole wheat english muffin, topped with shredded cheese. Didn't finish the whole thing.
Snack: 1 graham cracker square with crunchy peanut butter
Dinner: I have a chicken recipe going in the crockpot. Wish me luck with the chicken, meat doesn't usually go down well for me!

B-3/4 pkg of weight control cinnamon oatmeal
L-cheesy crock pot chicken & pinto beans
S-peanuts & cheese stick
D- cheese omlett (sp??)
I think I may try to make a protein shake before I bought some peaches at the flea market this weekend & they are soooo good & I want to add some to a vanilla shake.
