Ultimate WOW moment
OM freaking G!! I (BMI of 28.9) tried on a pair of 38" jeans that I got in August, just 6 weeks ago, they are TOO big. so I thought, Sverre (BMI of 20) wears a 36" let's just see.
THEY FIT!!!
how freaking cool is that? I am so totally dancing the happy dance now!!!
my tummy was really feeling the strain of an off week. Tuesday was too much food, Wednesday was too much cappichino, Thursday was spent in the restroom regretting too much cappichino's, friday was a confusing day of not being able to eat 1/3 of my normal foods. so Saturday I just threw the rulebook out the window and had 1.5 eggo waffles for breakfast, .5 eggo waffles for lunch, 1 blueberry crepe for dinner, and 2 petite croissants for snack. and 46 oz of crystal light to flush the system.
today I feel much better. I have had 3 oz of cottage cheese and 1 oz of blueberries and my vitamins and I feel normal again.
scale still at 185. life is good.

it is just sooo freaking kewl!!
I get my fruit frozen at costco... I could not live without my blueberries. I ate blackberries off the bushes this summer for a couple of weeks, I almost turned into a blackberry!
Congrats!
I had posted earlier in the week that had hoped to get into a size 14 from Banana Repulbic or Anne Taylor by November, because I was able to get into a pair of Old Navy 14 jeans earlier in the week. I thought Old Navy cut big so it would be a while until I could get into a 14 from another store. Well someone on the board, don't remember who, sorry, posted that BR/AT/ON all are the same company so I should be able to fit into their 14's. Thanks for that info! So Saturday I got myself dressed and off to the mall I went. I was hesitant as I picked up a pair of size 14 gauchos in BR. I just knew they were going to fit. I grabbed another pair in a different style, just in case it was the cut. So I went into the dressing room. It felt very odd being there. While I shopped I felt like the employees were looking at me like, "What is she doing here? Doesn't she know she won't fit into anything we sell."
Well I tried them on and the dang things fit. Couldn't believe it. They looked cute too. I was tempted to buy them, but it didn't make sense to pay $88 for something that may last only a month or so. BUT!!! I was determined to buy something in a size 14 from that store. I found a cute pair of distressed olive capris in my size, in fact when I put them on, they were a lot looser than the other two styles. I was over the moon. They were also on sale for $40, so they had to go home with me.
As I walked down the mall, I thought-the true test-ANNE "home of the 00" Taylor. Again, when I walked in, I felt like people were looking at me. But they weren't of course. I can't wrap my head around this sometimes. I still feel like I am 65lbs heavier, if not more so.
Anyway, I found a pair of AT 14's, and they fit as well. PHEW! I was done after that. I left the mall very happy.
number one reason that I am not buying pants. it just seems so wasteful to spend the money for 6 weeks.
as for the mall.. I swear I am alergic to that place now. ;) I do want to go to Old Navy, I do love the sale racks.
now that I think about it, it has been SO LONG, I am not sure where I would buy JEANS.. oh gracious, this thing in December (whole new wardrobe) is going to be WIERD.
I supposed I should go to Kohls. *sigh* why is there not just a clothes fairy?
it is very good to know that ON/BR/AT are all the same manufacturer.
congrats on the 14... I think that is fantastic!
