B - 20g protien shake S - Rice cake w. sf peanut butter L - 2 thin slices of roast beef S - 1 mini hersheys bar (BAD CHOICE I KNOW!)

Hi Megan, If you only ate one mini hersheys I consider it an accomplishment because before surgery I would have eat 2 or 3 regular hershey bars. I use to love to break the little squares up and savor each one.lol Anyways for me it wasn't about giving everything up it is about moderation. I have eaten: B-handful of nuts, cheesestick L-taco soup s-2 crackers w/peanut butter d-will be more taco soup I am stuck on taco soup right now. I go through phases where when i want something that is all I want for days. I did tuna, egg salad, wendy's chili, pinto beans,watermelon, scrambled eggs the same way. It's like it it rotates but it will be all I want for days on end.~ Missy~

B - plain (low sugar) doughnut (Slept late and blood sugar was low) L - 1 chicken slice and hot peppered cheese S - 31g protein drink D - taco salad contents S - not sure 40oz of fluids so far . . . 64more to go!! Phenom

B-20g protein bar L-18g Atkins creamy vanilla shake D-Going to a big fancy party put on my the dean of the seminary. It should be fun, but I need some more protein so I hope it's something easy like roast beef. I don't like seafood and a lot times they have shrimp. I am wearing a party dress though...In size 20!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I started wearing 30's. Rachael I hope I can take some photos for ya'll

B: 2 turkey sausage links L: leftover meatloaf made with ground turkey (maybe 2 ounces) S: half of a protein bar but I was still full from lunch so I didn't fini**** D: probably some more leftover meatloaf Deanna
