What are your newest WOW Moments?
I am jealous!! You girls talking about sizes 12 & 14!!!!!! And me - I am JUST into my first aize 18!! button waist capri pants! Two weeks ago, I had to use a pony tail holder to shut them and NOW - they fit and are even a little big. I always have had to wear elastic waist pants and now - I do not have too!! But when I go into the bathroom, I forget and just pull them down and they go!! without unbuttoning them!! What a difference a couple weeks makes and only 7 lbs!!!
I am only 5'3" so this must be the reason for the difference in sizes!! It is not far! I have always been "too short"
Love Ya all,

Hi All, My latest WOW moment was Sunday- We were getting ready to go to my husbands yearly family reunion & I put on some Blue Jeans shorts & a formfitting top with little ruffles around the neck & arms. I came out of the Bedroom through the living room where my 11 yr old son was watching Tv & as I entered the kitchen I heard him say "Wow". So I turned around & he said "you look good mom". I did a little happy . It was a Great day!!!~Missy~
I went shopping for some new jeans, and fit into a size 22 (down from 30/32). I also started wearing my sister's hand-me-down coat which is a size 18/20. I was blowing my sister's mind (and mine too) by fitting in to her old jacket. I have a whole rack of size 18's from her, and hope to get into them this winter. It's fun wearing clothes that actually fit, because then I can really see that I'm looking smaller. Gonna have to get rid of the baggy stuff soon, because it's starting to make me feel dumpy. I was feeling pretty "cute" in my new digs!
I also started randomly crossing my legs. It's not a quick and easy cross over by any means, but occasionally I'll sit kind of sideways in a chair and just throw my leg over. Never done that before.

I ran into a elderly gentleman I used to work with who I adore. This man has known me for eight years, I see him occasionaly now at his family gatherings, (I am close with his daughter) so I yell over to him at the grocery store, "Hey Floyd" he looks at me and just keeps staring, so much that I thought maybe I'm crazy and this man just looks like Floyd, or maybe he;s getting a touch of dementia or something. So I say it's me Eileen. Well he just about died, he gave me a big hug and said, "I didn't even recognize you where did the other half of you go, you may need to put some rocks in your pockets to hold you down.
I guess my "Wow" moment was yesterday afternoon when I went to a fitting for my wedding dress. My wedding is October 14th, and I'm having my wedding dress made. Well, up to now she's been working on the individual pieces, and yesterday was the first time it was all put together. I took my bridal shoes, tried on the dress, and was standing in the mirror when I almost started to cry!! The dress is sleeveless, with a sweetheart neckline, and is fitting all the way down past the hips where it gathers out and the train in the back flows out. For the first time in my life, and definitely since the surgery, I really saw the difference my weight loss has made. I actually had an "hourglass" figure!!!! I couldn't believe it. I was so happy, and the dress was just what I was hoping it would look like. It was the biggest "Wow" moment I've had since my surgery.....
I recently bought the first skirt I've purchased in about 10 years. I'm also now able to shop in the "regular" section of most stores! I'm in a size 16 pants (also not see in about 10 years) down from a 22, and a size XL top, down from a 2X. I got all teary-eyed in Old Navy. I kept looking at these clothes and thinking, "This is never gonna fit me!" But, everything did. It was so amazing. Also, since I've started wearing clothes that actually fit, I've received a ton of compliments and more people noticing my weight loss. Great job, everyone!
