Over here us Brits measure weight in stones and pounds, so instead of 226lbs I started at 19 stone (14 pounds to 1 stone). Well, I've been stuck at just over 16 stone for weeks now and have been longing to see that magic number 15 appear. Today I saw it. I lost 3lbs overnight and am now a Brit weighing 15st 11lbs. I'm so pleased. I've been excitedly waiting - it's been like waiting for Christmas, knowing it's coming eventually and now it's here. 14 here I come...

PS I'll add the 3lbs to our total next time it's counted.

I've been dropping pebbles the past few days, but I'll take the pebbles until I start seeing stones and boulders dropping away
