What have you eaten today? 9/14
I have fallen back into a bad habit today - I celebrated weight loss with food - aghhhhhhhhhhh haven't I learnt anything: well here goes my terrible day
B - soft boiled egg
S - cheese string
L - yoghurt
D - chicken kebab & ice-cream. Thank fully I couldn't eat much of either, but its a habit I want to change
I forgot to list what I have eaten today!!
B - 1/8 c. bran flakes
2% milk
4 slices of banana
L - 1 tiny mashed up bite of hamburger patty with brown gravy
3 bites of cottage cheese
2 bites of butter beans
4 bites of broccoli
It's pretty bad when you have the emoticon committed to memory!!
S - 2 oz. 2% cheddar cheese
D - Haven't a clue!

With either one of these I only drink 1/2 because you cant get all of the protein in one setting and drinking 1/2 gives you only 110-120 calories, the same as most shakes.
