B-weight control oatmeal-cinnamon w/equal (I was able to eat it all over 30 min- somedays I can eat it all-some days I can't)
s-handful of nuts.
l-steak tips w/small salad (steak tips was 1 & 1/2 oz.
s-will be cheese stick
d-will be spaghetti meat-no noodles.2oz made with Hunts no sugar added sauce.

B-1/2 11oz Protein shake
L-chicken wings w/o the batter/skin, meat only which amounted to about...ummm maybe 1-2 oz of meat. Not a very good lunch, very dry and blah.
S-remaining 1/2 of protein shake
D-Who knows!?!? LOL Going to workout after work, fighting urge to visit the salad bar at Giant afterwards. Craving sushi-can we have sushi?!?!
Ugh, I'm battling strep throat this week so I haven't had any appetite to speak of until today. Luckily the antibiotics are kicking in so I'm feeling a bit better!
B--4 whole wheat Ritz crackers with 1 tablespoon peanut butter
L--half of a slice of toast with 1.5 ounces of tuna mixed with 1/2 tablespoon low fat mayo and relish
S--protein bar
D--No idea??? I have to meet with my fitness coach at the gym so I might just grab some Pintos and Cheese from Taco Bell
