What have you eaten today? 9/12
Hi Megan, Well I see everyone did great today!Darlene I'm in the same boat with ya girl!!I had a rough evening (won't go into detail) my well laid plans for dinner went to hell & I ordered pizza for the family- and Drum roll.......Yes I had 3 small pieces it was thin crust & very crunchy it did have extra cheese & meats & veggies but I really feel like I blew it.This is the first time I have done this so I am really beatin my self up now that its over with.I really wish I had .I know if I had I wouldn't go near the stuff again, but now I know my pouch likes pizza!! Even though I know, since I recognized that I messed up, I can fix it tomorrow-back on the wagon I go. NOTHING BUT PROTEIN TOMORROW!!!I SWEAR! On a lighter note I did do okay for most of the day, Egg & cheese for breakfast, hand full of nuts for snack & steak & small salad for lunch-then I went & blew it. OH well tomorrow is another day.Knew you guys would understand & not flame me. ~Missy~
Hey Missy - I'm pretty impressed that you waited 4 MONTHS to try pizza! I tried it at 2 months out and like you - handled it fine - DAMN IT! LOL I haven't tried it again because I won't order it in my house (poor kids and hubby). If I order it - i'm weak though! Like you said, today is another day!! *HUGS*

B: 1/2 serving weight smart oatmeal w/ soy milk & protein powder
L: 3/4 of a protein bar
S: 2 oz of ice cream
D: grilled chicken with salad
I have been slacking on the exercise this week though. Last week was my last week at my job, and things have been insane, which is why I'm behind with the messageboard.
