Honestly, y'all. Is that a lot of food. It feels like it so mu*****omparison. I worry now so badly that I have stretched my stomach and have made it so a larger amount of food goes in....This stinks. I wish I knew I was ok. I think I will have to do the cottage cheese test although I hate cottage cheese. Any suggestions of an alternative.
Good Grief SB!....
Too much - you've eaten hardly anything. I keep thinking I'm eating too much, but when I ask my husnad he tells me I'm eating next to nothing. I think our proportions change somehow and what we saw as nothing before we now see as huge amounts. Don't stress, you body will tell you if you've eaten too much. Just as long as you are making wise food choices
B-protein drink
L-Tuna fish
D-chicken crunch w/ collard greens
S-sf doughnut w/ sf peaches and sf whipped cream (yum)
I have been retaining water (that time of month) so I am trying to get in at least 100oz of water - water goal is 1 gallon.
I am going to bed early tonight and getting some rest!
Phenom
Somebody slap me!!! Just kidding, I really don't want to hear it. Here's a little honesty: I am more likely to post "what I have eaten today" if I have been a good girl. Not today:
B: Leftover Tiramisu dessert from the Olive Garden (tasted soooo good, but then I had to lay down for 30 minutes)
S: Nectar protein drink
L: 3 Lance Cheese on wheat crackers
S: cup of coffee w/cream & sweet n low
D: Olive Garden leftovers- Lasagna, Chicken Parm, & Fettucini Alfredo (a couple of bites of each) plus a couple of bites of my son's chicken finger & 1 french fry.
Good Lord, it's time to call it a day! I didn't even exercise today either. Ok Megan, looks like I need to join the low carb bandwagon too.
p.s.
I tried a Seabreeze on vacation & just about passed out. Good thing my hubby was driving. That is so funny, because always before I could really pound them away with little effect.
