What have you eaten today? 9/11
So far
B - 1 oz cottage cheese ( just can't eat it now)
L - 2 oz beef teryaki bites and 1 orange wedge
Snack - I plan to eat 2 oz of cheese when I get home around 4:30
D - Not sure yet. I'm having a hard time finding things I WANT to eat. I basically eat because I have to. Then I'll have a profect protein drink right before bed.
B - Cup of coffee with protein cappaccino (26 g protein)
L - Seafood salad (I have been eating on this same salad for two days now, but today it came back up!!)
3 cucumber slices (I put cucumber slices (peeled), a couple slices of onions, a little dill, some vinegar and some sweetner in a plastic container and store in the fridge, if you like tangy, it's delicious)
1 oz. 2% cheddar cheese
D - probably pinto beans and I may try a little bite of cornbread. I hope it doesn't go the way the seafood salad did for lunch!!
I had a "YAZOO!!" SF skinny "southern gentleman" coffee this morning. Boy does it have a caffeine kick...by the time I got home I had broken into a sweat on my forehead!! It was sure tasty though!!

I dont know what I'd do without you guys on this board I almost lost a patient today................It was truly awful, My nerves were SHOT TO HELL when I left work today. So I just had gues what??????????????

Today I had a lot of food. I mean it in a good way because I eat a lot of bars and shakes,,,today ....real food
B: Pure protein bar-20g
L: 1/2 small tortilla w/ fajita chicken and salsa and 1oz. cheeze.-19g
D: 4 - 1oz. turkey meatballs in my new KC Masterpiece low calarie BBQ sauce(it's made w/ splenda)-24g
Total Protein: 63g !!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been getting under 50 most days and I need to get it!
