Has my plateau broken????? I HOPE SO!!
Okay, I stepped on the scale this morning and I'm down to 205.5!!! Yeah! I was at 208 three days ago, 207.5 two days ago, and 206.5 yesterday. I'm praying this is a sign I've broken my plateau and am headed to onderland real soon. Please keep your fingers crossed for me. The scale has been doing crazy things to me this past month or so, and I'm just hoping it's going down now and won't go back up. I SO want to leave the 200s behind forever!!

I am waiting for you. I'll just rest here until you catch up. I am so happy for you that the plateau is broken. That is exactly what I went thru last week - 1 lb at a time and then finally 3 lbs! I couldn't even believe it when it was 1 lb. I had sat there SO long. OK, now did you eat good yesterday??? and get all your water in????
And where is Megan?? I am waiting for you also!! Ha-Ha girls - I got here before you did (have to brag a little - I am still so excited.)
Yesterday, my daughter invited us in for dinner. This was the first REAL dinner I have had. I ate a normal size piece of roast, cut up with ketchup and A-1 sauce on it. Then I also had about 5 noodles and 1 carrot and then a skinny sliver of apple pie!! I ate slow and it all went fine!! I didn't have any potatoes and really wanted about 2 cups of noodles BUT - those days are over. It tasted SO good!! And no foamies afterwards. I hope those days are over.
I even rode my recumbant bike for 15 minutes this morning! I am pepped!!!! I would have riden longer but my day care kids were coming so I had to get in the shower. Maybe more later! It is too cold here in Michigan to go for a walk today!! Ha-Ha! I might wi**** was this warm when winter gets here. We might freeze this winter when not as much fat to keep us warm.

I think I did a pretty good job of eating yesterday, but I still didn't drink enough liquids. I'm working today on doing much better with the liquids. I just fnished off a 16 oz. decaf sf Latte w/steamed skim, and I'm getting ready to work on finishing off a 33 oz. Propel.
I did Pilates yesterday, instead of going to gym. I still wasn't feeling 100%, so I didn't do the full workout at the gym. But I think the Pilates may have helped. It was a change from my normal exercise routine, and earlier I was doing Pilates before I started working out regularlyl at the gym, and I was losing pretty steadily just doing Pilates. So I think I'll make sure I keep changing up my exercise routine and see if this helps.

My scale read....... 200.0 this morning!! I'm SO ready to post that I'm in onederland tomorrow. I sure hope so!
Well... Can someone please tell that darn plateau Fairy to leave me alone!!!! I have been stuck bouncing back and forth between 206-209 for 3 weeks now. Congrats to you ladies that have broken through your stalls, I hope I'm next! I was hoping to be in Onederland before my birthday (10/12). I'm not as confident now.
