You are so right. Even though I ate what I wanted, I had lobster, crab legs, shrimp, filet, baked potatoes, bread...you name it...I ate small portions. Also, I had my protein drink for breakfast, & usually a protein bar or rotisserie turkey for lunch, then whatever sounded good for dinner. Thanks for being cnderned about me.
