I really enjoy seeing what everyone is eating this far along. I am on a regular diet now...trying new things as tolerated. Thing is, I never see anyone eat just cheese. Does anyone do thins? I do about 2 times a week. Just a couple ounces of cheese slices. Love it. Rachael

Rachael, I eat cheese pretty regularly. Sometimes it's 2-3 slices for a snack or with a meal. My favorite is Muenster cheese, because it's mild, low fat, and has 7 grams of protein per slice.

I love monteray jack w/out any spicy stuff in it. It's very mild. I grew up in wisconsin and i can't imagine a life without cheese. Rachael

maybe once a month I will eat mozzarella string cheese for breakfast maybe twice a month I will eat cottage cheese for late night snack and nearly daily I will sprinkle some shredded mozzarella on a salad or something so yes, cheese is in my diet, but in small amounts. I am lacto intolerant, so the cottage cheese really cleans my clock, but I can tolerate the mozzarella well enough since I only consume 1 oz servings as opposed to the cottage cheese that is 4 oz serving. Yep, I eat cheese all the time. Mostly cottage cheese, 2% string cheese, and 2% shredded cheese. I watch out for regular cheese slices, as they tend to have more fat in them. But all are a great source of protien! ~kelle

I eat cheese almost daily. 2% cheddar and I also like the lowfat colby-jack cubes. I've always loved cheese so I'm very happy to not have experienced any problems with dairy products. HOWEVER,I can NOT eat the sliced american cheese it just doesn't go down. mandy 332/262/150?

Oh Yes I eat cheese - sometimes I think I eat too much of it. I LOVE cheese. I am always grabbing some cheese whenever I open the refrigerator. Well maybe not every time but many times. I know I have it every day sometimes twice a day. I love any kind. The deli had Colby Cheese for 2.99 a lb last week so I got a lb. And it is yummy!. I also eat cheese sticks but they were out of them and had to get a rain check. The week before, the cheese chunks were on sale and I had Monteray Jack. I do not always get the reduced fat tho and probably should. Darlene

i eat cheese everyday. My lunch everyday for the past month has been 1/2 WW English Muffin with turkey slice and either American Cheese or swiss Cheese melted on top. I don't use lowfat - I know I should - but - oh well. I also eat slices of cheese for snacks as well. I used to LOVE cottage cheese before surgery - now I can't stand it.

I eat cheese almost every meal. I eat the FF cottage cheese with tomatoes or sometime cantaloupe I try to eat the 2% cheeses most of the time but I also eat american cheese and it is not LF. I also use the string cheese for a quick breakfast or snack I like the laughing cow soft cheese, I do get the LF version of that because it tastes just as good as the regular I also like the pimento cheese, usually I get the lite version, but I've also eaten the regular with that too.
