Hi Megan B - 1 slice toast with butter & marmalade L - Small Jacket potato with ham & cheese S - cheetos!!!!!!!!!!! D - Tortellini with cream & cheese sauce - delicious but can only eat v small amount as it's pasta - fills me up. S - mouhtful of peanuts Protein drink & lots of water/crystal light

Thank you for making us keep ON TRACK. Saturday, B -16 oz of protein hot choc L - 1/2 sandwich that my grand daughter made me with turkey, cheese, lettuce and mustard - YUM YUM D - went out and ordered Pesto Chicken Salad. It was made with grapers and came with fruit chunks. Did not eat much of it. It was missing something, maybe like celery and onion. But I ate some and some fruit.
