B -16 oz of protein hot choc
L - 1/2 sandwich that my grand daughter made me with turkey, cheese, lettuce and mustard - YUM YUM
D - went out and ordered Pesto Chicken Salad. It was made with grapers and came with fruit chunks. Did not eat much of it. It was missing something, maybe like celery and onion. But I ate some and some fruit.
S - 1 pkg Planters Peanuts
chunks of colby cheese

B-Low Fat Graham Cracker square w/ 1 tsp. of LF Peanut Butter
S-Some cheese
L-35 gram Protein Shake (Gladiator from Smoothie King)
S-Nothing (still not feeling so great w/ the sinus infection)
D- 1/8 of a chicken quesadilla and 2 chicken wings (went out with a friend for dinner)
S- Low Fat Graham Cracker square w/1 tsp. of LF Peanut Butter
Saturday:
PB: 20 oz coffee with milk and splenda
B: 4 shrimp with tartar sauce
S: 4 oz cottage cheese 1 oz pineapple
L: 1/2 crepe with blueberries
S:10 oz peppermint tea
D:4 oz cottage cheese 1 oz blueberries
S: 20 oz water
Sunday:
B: 16 oz propel
S: 1 oz ribeye steak
L: Halibut salad
S: 20 oz coffee with milk and splenda
D: taco salad
