B-small piece of chicken
S-16 oz. decaf Latte w/ steamed skim and Splenda
L- a few spoonfuls of Southwestern Chicken soup
16 oz. decaf Iced Latte w/skim and Splenda
S-6 peanut butter crackers
D-Some more of the chicken soup
S-probably some fruit
Need to drink more liquids today - I have a 33.8 oz bottle of Grape Propel that I'll try to get through by the end of the day.
Pre B - 8 oz of protein hot choc
B - 1 egg and 1/2 half pc of toast
L - 1/2 cup of refried beans w/ 2 T salsa
Plum
S - 1/2 c sugar free ice cream malt (YUM YUM)
D - going to go put in a Lean Cuisine
So far have had 6 glasses of water. Going to a football game tonight so I will take along a 24 oz bottle and then MAYBE have a bag of Planters Peanuts and that should do me for the day.

pre-breakfast: Swiss Miss "no sugar added" hot cocoa
breakfast: 1/2 of a whole wheat english muffin with 1 tablespoon crunchy peanutbutter ... soooooo yummy!
lunch: homemade Corn Chili made in the crockpot--1/2 cup of it with a dollop of sourcream and some shredded cheese
snack: South Beach high protein peanut butter granola bar
dinner: planning on having some more chili. It was yummy!
after the gym: may have a "no sugar added" chocolate pudding cup
