Wild Adventures CLOTHES :D

So I know with South GA weather I needed a pair of shorts to wear tomorrow when my best friend and I go to the amusement park. Sooooo yesterday I hit Goody's clearance. They had LOTS of shorts on sale for $9.98. I tried on several pairs of shorts. I could wear the duckhead 22 but its was a little tight and too long wasted. So I tried on the 24 junior petites in the khaki duckheads and THEY fit great. So even though its a 24 and I'm in 22 in everything else I'm very happy with this. I'm also wearing a Tommy tank I bought 2 years ago. Its a 3x but I didn't want anything to fit tight (I could wear it when I bought it, it just much more appealing now). I'm still anxious about not "fitting" in the rides BUT it was so very close last time when is was approx 60 pouds heavier. PLUS there's other stuff there to do. It so weird because i know 262 pounds is still very overweight BUT for its so much smaller than 332. I can't believe I'm actually gonna wear SHORTS. Even though I am gonna have some loose skin I have been blessed with good looking legs for an overweight person even at my heaviest with NO cellulite (thank you Lord). Ok, so now I'm rambling....HAVE a TERRIFIC FRIDAY!! Mandy 332/262.5/150?

I hope so too!! I kinda like having an excuse to not get on rides because I am a COWARD!!!! Mandy, I have found that Duckhead clothes tend to run small. Alot of times when I can wear a 16 in all other jeans/shorts, I tend to wear a 18 or 20 in Duckheads. Danice

Hey Mandy, I hope you had a great time at the park! How did the rides go? I know what you mean about being anxious about fitting. I flew to Phoenix a few weeks ago and was really anxious about fitting in the seats. Last time I have flown was about 12 years ago, and had to ask for a seatbelt extender, and was miserable on the flight. Lo and behold, I fit just fine! It was an amazing feeling. I also broke out the shorts over the summer; first time in years. Now it's starting to get chilly up here in Minnesota, so back to the capris. But next summer will be a whole new shorts and tank top world for me! I read your profile and I feel like we are WLS twins with similar journeys. Great wow moments! ~kelle
