They'll come down in their own time - we just need to be patient Remember the story about the hare and the tortoise - they both got to the finishing post (even if we do get there later than Megan and Jorge not sure who's the hare & who's the tortoise though!!!! hee hee)

I guess I have -6 lbs this week because I truly cant eat schitt without having to 5-10 minutes later...........it has made life unbearable.
Imma try a turkey sausage this morning ........if not I'll stick with my liquids!!!! By the way they come out too .......I know TMI!!!!!!!!

I'm getting so depressed, I knew it had been a long time since I've lost anything worthwhile, so I checked back in my journal. I'm still at the same weight I was on August 27!!!! I've been walking 3 miles/day and yesterday I drank so much water I thought I was going to float away. I just knew this a.m. when I stepped on the scales I would see a weight loss...nothing!! I've been losing and gaining the same 2 lbs. since August 27th!! UUUGGGHHH!!! I would pull my hair if I wasn't afraid more of it would come out!!!

You must be so frustrated.....
but just look at what you've already lost - almost 89lbs - that's amazing! Look at how far you've come, not at how far you've still got to go. We are on a journey and think of it as sometimes our bodies need a rest break. If you were travelling from New York to Dallas, you would stop everyso often to put gas in the car and have a rest - our bodies are doing the same thing
