You poor thing.  Are you taking care of yourself - do you have someone to give you TLC?  I hoep so..  Dont' worry about the numbers.  They'll come down in their own time - we just need to be patient  Remember the story about the hare and the tortoise - they both got to the finishing post (even if we do get there later than Megan and Jorge not sure who's the hare & who's the tortoise though!!!!  hee hee)

I'm getting so depressed,  I knew it had been a long time since I've lost anything worthwhile, so I checked back in my journal.  I'm still at the same weight I was on August 27!!!!  I've been walking 3 miles/day and yesterday I drank so much water I thought I was going to float away.  I just knew this a.m. when I stepped on the scales I would see a weight loss...nothing!!  I've been losing and gaining the same 2 lbs. since August 27th!! UUUGGGHHH!!!  I would pull my hair if I wasn't afraid more of it would come out!!!

but just look at what you've already lost - almost 89lbs - that's amazing!  Look at how far you've come, not at how far you've still got to go.  We are on a journey and think of it as sometimes our bodies need a rest break.
