because it is not really either. the doctor said I could resume carbs by thanksgiving when I am at target. but the fact of the matter is now that I am sneaking them in and not getting reprocussions, I am getting a little worried that I will not stop at target, but keep spiraling downward.
it is a scary thought. my conservative goal was 150, I know that I could handle 135 even 125, but what if it just keeps going? my sister is 96 and that just freaks me out. she is 5ft 3in, anything below 118 for me would be underweight and just as unhealthy as obese.
